What should local SEO cost you?
Four questions, and you get a number. For an Ontario trade or service business, our retainers run $750 to $2,500 a month, and a one-off audit is $499. Which one fits depends mostly on how many towns you need to win. Nothing here is gated: the answer appears as you go, and the contact form sits underneath it.
Estimate your monthly cost
The estimate updates as you answer. It is guidance from our published prices, not a quote.

Foundation One town, one Google Business Profile, a website that works.

Want the real number for your business?
A range is guidance. On a 15-minute call we pull up your Google Business Profile together, look at who is above you in the Map Pack, and price the actual scope. Or start with a free local SEO audit and read the findings before you talk to anyone.

What changes the price
How many towns you need to show up in
This is the single biggest lever. Google shows a different three-business Map Pack in Collingwood than it does in Wasaga Beach or Meaford, and each town needs its own page, its own proof and its own local links. One town sits in Foundation. Two to five sit in Shoreline. Six or more moves you to a custom scope, because the content load roughly doubles.
Whether you want paid search managed as well
Google Ads management sits in Trades Premium at $2,500 a month. Your ad spend is separate and is billed to you by Google, not by us. For most Georgian Bay trades, a starting test budget of $500 to $1,500 a month is enough to learn whether the channel pays.
What state your website is in
A site that loads, has a page per service, and can take a new page without a developer is the cheap case. A site nobody can edit, or no site at all, means a rebuild first. That is a one-off project quoted separately, not a line in the monthly fee.
How far behind your reviews are
Review volume is one of the strongest Map Pack signals and it is the one we cannot buy back quickly. If your three closest competitors average 47 reviews and you have 12, the first 90 days go into closing that gap. It does not change the monthly price, it changes how long the climb takes.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a quote?
No. It is our real published pricing, matched to what you told us. A quote comes after a call, once we have looked at your Google Business Profile and your site. The number here should not move much, but the scope might.
Why do you publish prices when most agencies do not?
Because the first question every owner has is what it costs, and making people book a call to find out wastes their time and ours. If the number does not work for you, you have lost two minutes instead of forty.
Is there a contract?
No annual contract. Retainers are month to month with 30 days' notice. Foundation, Shoreline and Trades Premium carry a 90-day Map Pack movement guarantee: if your primary keyword has not moved in 90 days, the next month is free until it does. That is movement, not a specific position.
What if I am not ready for a monthly retainer?
Start with the $499 standalone audit. It is a one-off deliverable with a 30-day action plan you can run yourself, and if you retain us within 60 days the $499 comes off your first month.
Does the price include ad spend?
No. Google bills you directly for ad spend. Our fee covers the management of the campaigns, not the media.
