Do you guarantee a #1 ranking? +
No. Nobody can guarantee a ranking, a call count or a result, because Google alone decides rankings, and we do not promise any of them. What we do guarantee on Foundation, Multi-town, and Trades Premium is our own work: each month's plan is in writing, and if an item in it is not done and shown to you by month end, that month is free. Your report uses your own Search Console, Business Profile and GA4 data, so you can check every number.
How long until I see results? +
Google Business Profile improvements (Map Pack movement, profile views, calls) typically show in 4–8 weeks. Organic website rankings for service-page keywords take 3–6 months. New websites take longer than established ones. I'll set realistic milestones in your 90-day plan.
Is there a minimum commitment? +
No. Retainers are month to month, with no annual contract. Cancel with one email: the service runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, then stops, and no further invoice is sent. The standalone audit is a one-off purchase.
How do payments work? +
Retainers are billed monthly in advance, at the start of each retainer month. Your month runs from your start date, not the 1st. Pay by Interac e-transfer or by card through Stripe. No refund of a month already begun. The standalone audit is invoiced on engagement, and work begins after payment.
Do you work outside the Georgian Bay region? +
Yes. Every tier is available to a business anywhere in Ontario. The work happens in your Google Business Profile, your website, and your directory listings, so the method is the same in any town. The team is based in Collingwood.
Are Google reviews part of the retainer? +
No. Review generation is a separate product so you can buy it without a retainer, and so retainer clients are not paying for a system they may already have. Review Engine is $149/mo and Review City is $249/mo. Both are on the reviews page.
Can I get Google Ads management without SEO? +
Yes. Google Ads Rescue is $949 one-time: an audit of the account plus the repair of what is broken, delivered inside 10 business days with every change in writing. Google Ads Management is $949 a month, month to month, cancel with one email, and the rescue fee is credited to month one if you continue within 30 days. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google. Trades Premium includes ads management on top of the SEO work. Details on the Google Ads management page.
What if I already have an SEO agency? +
The audit is a great way to get a second opinion without firing anyone. I'll tell you straight up if your current setup is fine, has gaps, or needs an overhaul. No pressure to switch.
Why is FixyFlow mentioned in the packages? +
