This Privacy Policy explains how Georgian Bay SEO ("we", "us", "our"), an independent local SEO consultancy operated by Lasse Pettersen and based in Collingwood, Ontario, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit georgianbayseo.ca (the "Site") or request a free audit. When you request a free audit or otherwise contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, business name and website, a description of what you need, and any photos you choose to upload. Our audit intake form is provided by FixyFlow, which processes and stores the details you submit on our behalf so we can prepare and send your audit.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information through analytics and cookies: pages viewed, links and buttons clicked (including clicks on our phone and email links), approximate location, device and browser type, referring source, and similar usage data. We do not collect more than we need to understand how the Site is used and to improve it.

How we use your information

• To respond to your audit request and deliver the audit.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, including:

• FixyFlow, which powers our audit intake form and stores the details you submit.
• Our website hosting and email providers, to operate the Site and communicate with you.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide our services, and meet legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
