What does it cost, exactly?
$1,500 once, at signing, to build everything: your Google Business Profile, your website on your own domain, your first reviews, your tracking number, in up to 5 towns. Then $750 a month to run and grow it, and the monthly does not start until your 5th tracked call comes in (or day 91 after the listing goes live, whichever comes first). Month to month: cancel with one email, the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and no further invoice is sent. No other fees.
What if the calls are slow to come?
Then you do not pay a monthly fee for calls you have not had: the $750 a month starts at your 5th tracked call, or day 91 at the latest. We do not refund the build fee and we do not guarantee calls, because nobody controls Google. What we do is measure your towns before we take the deal. If the map is not winnable, we tell you on the first call and you keep your money. Every call is counted on your tracking number, so you see the same numbers we do. Two things keep the timeline realistic: we need 10 past-customer phone numbers at signing for your first reviews, and the access items we ask for within 14 days of asking.
Who owns everything you build?
You do. The profile is registered to your Google account, the domain is registered in your name, the site is yours, and the tracking number ports to you if you leave. Cancel any month and keep all of it. Most agencies build the asset in their own name so you can never leave; we would rather you stay because the phone rings.
I do not have a website. Is that a problem?
No. That is the point. A Google Business Profile ranks in the Map Pack and generates calls faster than a website ever will, and it is free to run. We start there, and the build includes a click-to-call website on your own domain to catch the clicks. A bigger website is a later step, only if and when you want one.
How fast will I actually see calls?
Most new profiles start showing in the Map Pack and generating calls within 4 to 8 weeks. New listings can move faster than established ones because there is no old, inconsistent data to clean up first. We set realistic milestones on the 15-minute call.
Why only one business per trade per town?
Because we cannot rank two competing businesses against each other. If we take the plumber in Collingwood, we cannot also take a second Collingwood plumber, their interests are directly opposed. Whoever claims the spot first owns the map for that trade and town. With up to 5 towns in the build, that is 5 spots claimed at once.
What does the review system involve?
We set up a simple QR card and a text-message flow (powered by FixyFlow, a service-business tool we also operate) that turns finished jobs into review requests. Steady reviews are one of the strongest Map Pack ranking signals, so getting your first 5 to 10 is a priority.
